  The Internet-based image publishing company recently signed a new lease for nearly 54,000 SQFT of class A office space in the Towers @ Great America Building at 4655 Great America Parkway.  Shutterfly will pay Prudential Real Estate Investors rent starting in the mid-$2.00s PSF for the 4-year lease term.

Transgender Law Center Signs New Lease in Oakland

The San Francisco-based civil rights advocates for transgender communities recently signed to take over 3,300 SQFT of office space in the Uptown Arts Building at 1629 Telegraph Avenue.  TLC will pay rent starting around $1.70 PSF for the 5-year lease term.
