The financial firm will pay rent in the high-$10s PSF for the Class A space with 3% annual increases. Ben Erskine of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Pat Kiefer of NAI Hiffman represented American Realty Advisors, the landlord.
Culligan Renews at the Riverway in Rosemont While Edelman Financial was expanding in the suburbs, Culligan was downsizing. The water treatment company signed a renewal for less than 40,000 SF at the Riverway in Rosemont, giving up the previously-held seventh floor. Culligan will pay rent in the high-$10s PSF with $0.50 in annual escalations in the seven and a half year lease.
Power Construction Signs at 8750 West Bryn Mawr Power Construction announced its return to Chicago, signing a lease at the Triangle Plaza at 8750 West Bryn Mawr Avenue. The construction company will pay rent in the mid-$10s PSF for the 33,307 SF space, with $0.50 in annual escalations. The term of the lease is 11 years.
