GSA Extends Leases for Two Agencies at 800 North Capital   The GSA extended the leases for Federal Protective Services (FPS) and Health and Human Services (HHS) at 800 North Capital Street. FPS will extend its 28,997 SF space for one year and seven months for rent in the low-$40s PSF, while HHS will extend its 30,688 SF space for one year for rent in the mid-$40s PSF.
