Bristol Farms' New Lease in Santa Monica Commences August 1st

The grocery retailer known for its organic, gourmet products signed a new lease in January to take over 3105 Wilshire Boulevard space once occupied by Albertsons.  As the eighth store in Los Angeles County, Bristol will be paying just north of $6.50 PSF, with escalations of 3%, for the 10-year term. Salem Partners Renews and Expands at Westwood Gateway

The 6,500 SQFT space was leased from Irvine Company Office Properties for a starting rent of $3.70 PSF with escalations of 4.5%.  Salem, an investment bank and wealth management firm, agreed to the 7-year term with 4 months of free rent. Specialty Transport Inc. Signs 4-Year Term Industrial Lease in Long Beach

The only nationwide company to that specializes in designing, planning, and executing drive-experience campaigns for automakers recently signed a new 20,000 SQFT lease at 2220 East Artesia Boulevard.  STI will pay $0.46 PSF for the 4-year lease with 3 months of free rent.
