Nestle Signs Whopping Lease in Mira Loma

The Swiss multinational food and beverage company (largest in the world by revenues) renewed for its 820,000 SF warehousing/distribution space at 3450 Dulles Drive.  Landlord, PREFCO, agreed to a 5-year lease term with rent starting in the mid-$0.30s PSF for the class A space in the Mira Loma Commerce Center.

SIGMAnet Signs New Lease at 400 North Brand Boulevard

The company known for NextGen datacenters and cloud computing signed a new, 3-year lease this month for 2,300 SF of class A office space in Glendale. The tenant will pay rent starting near $2.30 PSF with 3% escalations. Landlord, MetLife also sweetened the deal by adding TIs of $3.00 PSF.

RadNet Signs New Lease for Medical Space in the San Fernando Valley

RadNet, a national leader in high-quality, cost effective diagnostic imaging services recently signed for 7,000 SF of class A medical space in the West Valley Medical Center at 5363 Balboa Boulevard in Encino.  The company agreed to pay rent starting near $2.75 PSF with 3% escalations for the 5-year lease term.
