The real estate tech company will pay starting rent in the low-$40s per square foot for just under 80,000 square feet of space. Signed a new lease at 1050 Enterprise Way in Sunnyvale, the education company will pay starting rent in the mid-$3.00s per square foot for the 11,319 square foot space. The term of the lease is five years and two months. A Chinese Internet giant also recently signed in the same building complex.
