Designed by Minoru Yamasaki, the architect who designed NYC’s World Trade Center, the towers at Century Park stand out as the tallest buildings in the West Los Angeles submarket. The towers, along with CAA’s headquarters at 2000 Avenue of the Stars, were originally marketed for around $2b in late 2013 . In June 2014, a joint venture lead by Hines purchased the towers for $1.65b from General Motors Pension and AT&T Pension Fund.
