The organization agreed to pay rent starting just a hair under $1.00 PSF for the 5-year lease, and accepted 4 months of free rent.
Charming Charlie Signs New Lease in Corona
Charming Charlie, the company whose mission is to "help every woman, everywhere, find her fabulous" through the sale of jewelry and accessories, recently signed a new lease for 5,000 SF of retail space in The Crossings at Corona at 2470 Tuscany Street. The company agreed to pay rent starting in the high-$1.00s with 2% bumps for the 10-year lease term.
Major Consulting Firm Relocates to Airport Area
Independent executive compensation consultants, Farient Advisors, signed a new lease for just North of 2,600 SF of class A, full service office space at 4675 MacArthur Court. The landlord, The Irvine Company, agreed to rent starting around $2.20 PSF with escalations of 3% in exchange for a 5-year lease with an added 3 months of free rent.
