VistaGen agreed to pay rent starting in the mid-$2.40s with 3% bumps for the 5-year lease term.

The company agreed to pay around $2.20 PSF in rent with escalations of 3%.
Qwest Communications International Renews in Sunnyvale
The U.S. telecommunications carrier recently executed a renewal for its 76,000 SF of data center/tech space at 1400 Kifer Road. Landlord, WTA Kifer, agreed to accept rent starting near $2.35 PSF with escalations of 3% in exchange for the 5-year term and TIs of $2.61 PSF.
