REIT Moves Down Greensboro Drive
An Atlanta-based REIT has moved its Tyson's Corner office from 8280 Greensboro Drive just down the street to 8300 Greensboro Drive. The lease is for 10,812 square feet on the sixth floor for eight years. The company will pay rent in the low-$30s per square foot and will receive nine months free. The new lease adds about 4,000 square feet of office space to the former lease, signed in 2008.
8300 Greensboro Drive, a 273,000 square foot, trophy class building, added a number of tenants in 2013, including a computer software company.
