Arlington: IBM Renews at 2000 North 14th St. IBM recently renewed its lease at 2000 North 14th Street in Arlington, Virginia. The tech giant will pay rent in the high $30s PSF for the 9,732 SQFT space. The term of the lease is over four years and includes two months of free rent.

Germantown: 12-Year Lease Begins Advanced Pain Management Services is set to move into its new space at 20680 Seneca Meadows Parkway in Germantown, Maryland. The medical group will pay rent in the high $10s PSF for the 11,523 SQFT space. The lease, which was signed in May of this year, has a term of 12 years.
