• More Intuitive – the new website is faster and simpler to search comps and filter by your criteria.

Search

Searching is simpler and the predictive search results are better.

Filters

The new filters are much more intuitive. Its also easier to combine filters and quickly adjust your search.

Detailed Comps

We've doubled the amount of information in each comp. We've also organized the comp into information sections: Lease, Building, Landlord and Tenant.

Saving Searches

 

Saving your search, so you can easily re-run it is much faster and easier. You can also choose to get email notifications.
