Relocating from One Battery Park Plaza, Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton recently signed a lease at 17 State Street for the 29th and 30th floors. The law firm will pay rent starting in the mid $50s PSF for the 29,386 SQFT space, which will escalate to the low $60s PSF during the ten-year term. Just a few floors below, Dean & Deluca signed a five-year lease for a 8,511 SQFT space on the 22nd floor. The upscale grocery chain will pay rent in the low $50s PSF, with no escalations. Visit VTS
