Crittercism Moves From Rincon South Beach to Union Square!The company behind the world's first mobile application performance management solution recently signed a sublease at 760 Market Street in the heart of Union Square. Previously at 300 Brennan Street with just over 3,000 SQFT, Crittercism agreed to well over 12,000 SQFT in the class B Phelan Building. The company will pay rent starting in the $50 PSF range for the 4-year, 6-month lease term.
Marine Layer Signs New Office Lease at 1572 California Street!
The clothing company that promises "perfect" shirts that are "broken in all the right places" recently signed a new lease for about 6,500 SQFT of office space in the Van Ness Corridor. The company agreed to rent starting in the mid-$30s PSF for the 7-year lease.
Strategic Staffing Solutions Signs New Lease in the
North Financial District!Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3), a nationwide consulting firm founded in Detroit, MI, recently signed for 1,700 SQFT of class B office space in the Standard Oil Building at 225 Bush Street. S3 agreed to pay rent starting in the low-$50s PSF for the 3-year lease term. Other tenants in the building include Insikt Ventures, a firm that invests in early-stage tech companies. Starting rent for its lease signed in July is comparable to S3, but took about 3,000 SQFT.
