The travel site recently signed a 3-year lease to expand at its Lower SoMa location by 7,000 SQFT. Last year, Hipmunk took on the original 8,600 SQFT class B office space for starting rent in the mid-$40s. For this expansion, they will pay landlord Jade Properties rent starting in the high-$40s.
Architectural Firm Renews in the North Financial District
Fee Munson Ebert (FME), the San Francisco-based firm specializing in architecture and interior design, recently decided to stay in its 7,000 SQFT, class C office space in the Anglo Bank Building at 500 Montgomery Street. The company will pay rent starting in the mid-$40s PSF for the 5-year lease term.
Education Law Firm Signs New Lease at 275 Battery Street
Dannis Woliver Kelley recently signed a lease for just shy of 8,000 SQFT in the Financial District's class A Energy Star Commercial Building. The firm will pay rent starting in the low-$40s for a lease term of 7 years.
