Lucas & Mercanti inked a lease for the 21st floor of 30 Broad Street for 10 years.
The firm — which represents companies, schools and other clients in intellectual property cases — paid landlord Gotham Realty Holdings in the mid $30s per square foot, according to CompStak.
Think Passenger, a market research company, also recently leased the 43rd floor of the same building for about the same cost, according to the New York Observer, which first spotted the deal. The NYSE itself is considering moving from its 30 Broad Street home, asThe Real Deal previously reported.
